WATCH YOUR WORDS AND BECOME A GOOD LISTENER

I do not hear very well (hearing impairment) but I continuously try to be a good listener as such has proved to be a key element for a good conversation and for my own personal development.

I have also learned, that sometimes is better to remain silent instead of being engaged in a negative argument with an unclear outcome or benefit for the parties involved.  I also try to remain silent is there no value-added with my own comments.  Furthermore, sometimes “silence” becomes the best answer!

Based on the above, I have selected some quotes, which emphasize the need to be very careful when we speak.  I hope that you enjoy them and put them in practice to ensure your own personal development.
